The dinner included cocktails, live entertainment, and silent and live auctions of unique artwork from the estate of George Rodrigue. Proceeds benefitted the arts in education programs of the George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts and the Rural North Louisiana Expansion Initiative of Louisiana A+ Schools.

Louisiana A+ Schools currently has 6 schools in the Shreveport area! Proceeds from this event will benefit the following schools:

South Highlands Elementary Magnet, Shreveport
Mooringsport Elementary School, Mooringsport
Lincoln Preparatory School, Grambling
North Highlands Elementary, Shreveport
Westwood Elementary, Shreveport
Summer Grove Elementary, Shreveport
